I f�l— Clerk ORDINANCE NO* L6 6 &- AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A CERTAIN ITEM IN THE 1951 SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRTSN'fNG FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF SAID CITY THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED (4200,00) DOLLARS, FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1• That the following item in the 1951 budget of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, in the Department indicated in this section, be, and the same hereby is, r6duced in the amount herein below stated, to -wit: FIRE DEPARTMENT: Q «331, Gasoline $ 200.00 Section, 24 That the sum of Two Hundred ($200000) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the General Fund of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, to, and is appropriated for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary item in the amount and to the department set forth below, in this Section, in the budget for the year 1951, to•wit: FIRE DEPARTMENT: Q-222, Gas $ 200000 Section 3.
