FROM TUBERCULOSIS CLINIC 5 -261
X-RAY SERVICES.$450.00 TO %343
MEDICAL, SURGICAL AND DENTAL
$150.00 AND TO %215 TRANSPOR-
TATION ALLOWANCES $300.00.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The sum of $450.00 is hereby transferred from Tuberculosis Clinic
%261 %Ray Services to X-343 Medical, Surgical and Dental $150.00 and to
%215 Transportation Allowances $300.00; all of the budget for the year 1953
of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and function-
ing of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 1953 and
an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriations.
S8CTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill-
ment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
