PETITION REQUESTING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
COUNTERPART NO. 004-ate,
TO THE Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana
The undersigned, oimers of taxable real eastate in the
City of South Bend, hereby petition the Common Council of said City to
authorize the issuance of bonds of said City in an amount not exceeding
1150,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds to be applied on the cost
of acquisition of the necessary land and equipment for the collection and
disposal by sbid city of garbage in said city.
This petition may be circulated in several counterparts,
and all of such counterparts are to be considered as consituting one
petition.
