ORDINANCE,j&_4ANNEXING LANDS TO AND
DECLARING SAME TO BE A PART OF THE
F SOUTH BEND, NDIAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That the following described territory and land in
St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby
annexed to and declared to be a part of the said City of South
Bend:
Beginning on the present city limits at a point
200 ft. south of the center of section 19 T. 37
N.R. 3 East; thence east along the present city
limits 200 ft. south of the east and west center
line of said section 19 a distance of 1320 ft.,
more or less, to the east line of the North West
Quarter of the South East Quarter; thence south
955 ft., more or less, to a point 165 ft. north
of the south line of the North West Quarter of the
South East Quarter; thence west 1320 ft., more or
less, to the north and south center line of said
section 19; thence north along the north and south
center line of said section 19 a "distance of 955
ft., -•more or less, to the place of beginning; all
in the North West Quarter of the South East Quarter
section 19 T.37 N.R. 3 east.
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
