ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM
TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT, TL-11, SALARY, TO
T-38, GENERAL SUPPLIES, $200, ALL OF THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1952, OF TAE CIVIL
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South
Bend,Indiana;
SECTION 1. The sum of $200 is hereby transferred from Traffic
Department, T-11, Salaries, to, and appropriated for, General
Supplies, T-38.
SECTION 2. The above fund is required for the proper operation
and functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget
for the year 1952 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning
the foregoing transfer and appropriation.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval
by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements
relating to emergency appropriations.
