BE IT ORDAIi'ED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, TIM:
SECTIOR 1. The following monies be, and the mme hereby are,
transferred from P -11, Police Department Salary Fund and _H-11
Board of Public forks e•nd Safety Salary Fund, to and are appro-
priated respectively for the uses and purposes of the following
budgetary- item in the budget of the Cite of South Bend for the
year 1952, to -wit: To P -332, Police Department Gil, .$200.00
and to Board of Public :forks end Safety rand for advertising
and publication of notices, $200.00.
SECTION 2. 'he above funds are required for the proper opera-
tion and function of the aforementioned department and an emergency
is declared to exist concerning the foregoing, transfer and appro-
priation.
SECTIC3 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its agorovel
by the 11v.yor and the £ul;illment of all statutory requirements
relating to emergency appropriations.
