AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
ESTIMATED P12KING ivMTrE t FUND FOR 1952
Tim SUM OF $5,000.00 FOR TILE PURCHASE
OF PARKING METERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1. The sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appro-
priated from the estimated parking meter revenue of 1952 for
the purchase of new parking meters.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council
of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and its approval by
the Mayor.
