AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF
CHARLES AVENUE TO WHITCOMB AVEITUE*
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 10 That the name of the street known as Charles
Avenue be and the same is hereby changed to be known as
Whitcomb Avenue*
Section 20 That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval by the
Mayor*
