The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Executive Session on Wednesday, August 7, 2014 at
1:00 p.m. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City Building,
227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.l(b)(6)(A).Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller,Luther Taylor,John
Collins,and Daniel Jones were present.Also present were Legal Counsel Roland Chamblee,Board
Attorney Cory Hamel, and Attorney Douglas Grimes. Board members did not discuss any subject
matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice.The meeting adjourned at 1:20
p.m.

The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2014
with Board President Laura Vasquez,and Board Members Eddie Miller,Luther Taylor,John Collins,
and Daniel Jones present.Also present were Legal Counsel Roland Chamblee,Board Attorney Cory
Hamel,Police Chief Ronald Teachman,and Attorney Douglas Grimes.The meeting was held in the

HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES —JOHN HALL
This was the date set for the Hearing of the charges against Detective Sergeant John Hall. A Court
Reporter was present from Midwest Reporting to record the Hearing.
