AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTR&CTS BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS. AND SAFETY, AND CHARLES W. COLE
& SON, WILLIAM S. MOORE AND CLYDE E. WILLIAMS &
ASSOCIATES.FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND WITH
RUSSELL OBERLIN FOR REALTOR SERVICES IN.CONNECTION
WITH STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana;
SECTION 1. That the contracts, copies of which are on file in
the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety, between the
City of South Bend, Indiana, and Charles W. Cole & Son, William S.
Moore and Clyde E. Williams & Associates for engineering services,
and with Russell Oberlin for realtor services in connection with
street improvement program, be and the same is hereby in all things
confirmed, ratified and approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the
Mayor.
