AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $470.00
FROM B215A (TRANSPORTATION - BAILIFF)
TO Ell (SALARY. OF BAILIFF) AND $520.00
FROM E215B (TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE
- PROBATION OFFICER) TO Ell (SALARY
OF PROBATION OFFICER) AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated and transferred the sum of $470.00
from E215A Transportation Allowance Bailiff to Ell Salary of Bailiff and $520.
from E215B Transportation Allowance Prbbation Officer to Ell Salary of Pro-
bation Officer; all of the budget for the year 1954.of said City.
SECTION II: The above transfers and appropriations are declared necessary
for the proper and efficient functioning of said Departments of Government and
an extraordinary emergency in relationship thereto is hereby declared.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption, approval by the Mayor and compliance with all statutory regula-
tions relating thereto.
