AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION le Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, bet and the same hereby is, amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
Lot No. 181 in Realty Construction Company's
2nd Addition,
bb, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial and "D" Height
and Area District to "B" Residential and "A" Height and Area District.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force
and
effect from and
after its
passage by the Common Council, approval
by
the Mayor and
legal publication.

B residential and A height and area district. This property
is located one lot north of lot at the northeast intersec-
tion of Dunham and Olive Street. The surrounding neigJiborhood
is predominantly in single family residential use.
