Z2 Of Common Council Presented by me to the Mayor of the City of South Bend, JULY 12Th 193/ —SS- 0 Clerk Approved and signed by me JULY 12TH �9� g-, '4007 ORDINANCE NO. 0cS`3 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FROM OFFICE OF THE BOARD, SERVICES PERSONAL, H -11 SALARY OF SURGEON $565.00 TO OFFICE OF CITY CLERK, SERVICES CONTRACTUAL, C -242 PRINTING $565.00; FROM FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE FUND $229703.65 TO FIRE DEPARTMENT Q -724 MOTOR EQUIPMENT $20,000.00 AND TO Q -726 OTHER EQUIPMENT $2,703.65; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1955 AND DECLARING AN ESTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE'IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby transferred and appropriated: from Office of the Board, Services Personal, H -11 Salary of Surgeon $565.00 to Office of City Clerk, Services Contractual, C -242 Printing $565.00; from Fire Fighting Equipment and Maintenance Fund $22,703.65 to Fire Department Q -724 Motor Equipment $20,000.00 and to Q -726 Other Equipment $2,703.65; all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1955 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriations. SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations.
