SECTION I.
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 heretofore adopted on
June 13, 1949, be, and the same is hereby amended so that the
zoning classification of the following described real estate
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
"Lots Numbered Thirty -six (36) and
Thirty -seven (37) as shown on the
recorded Plat of J. G. Bartlett +s
Second Addition to the City of South
Bend ",
be, and the same is hereby changed and zoned as 'IF" Height and
Area District.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.

Gentlemen:
% The attached petition of H. F. Taylor, et
al, to rezone Lots 36 & 37 of Bartlett's 2nd Addition
from C height and area to F height and area was given
legal advertising under date of July 26th and public
hearing by the Planning Commission under date of August
5, 1954. Lots 37 and 36 are 4 and 5 lots north of the
intersection of Bartlett Street and Michigan Street on
the west side of Michigan Street.
It is recommended that this petition be granted
as petitioned for.

Petition of the South Bend Columbus Clubs Inc. to rezone

Bartlett's Second Addition to the City of South Bend tp
"F" Height and Area District.
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the petition be referred
to the city Plan Commission. Councilman Niezgodski seconded
the motion. Motion carried.

Gentlemen:
The South Bend Knights of Columbus Council No. 553,
through its holding company, the South Bend Columbus Club, Inc.,
presents the attached Petition and respectfully begs your con-
sideration. This Petition applies to the property located on
North Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana, being Lots Num-
bered 36 and 37 as shown on the recorded Plat of J. G. Bart -
lett's Second Addition to the City of South Bend, bearing street
numbers 815 -17 -19 North Michigan Street, which will be the site
of the new Knights of Columbus home to be erected in the near
future.
The Petition bears the signatures of all of the property
owners in this block, with the exception of three (3) individ-
uals whom we were unable to locate.
