An Ordinance Amending
Ordinance 3702 of the
City of South Bend, Indiana
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.:
Section l' Ordinance No. 3702 be and the same is
hereby amended to change the zoning classification
of the following real estate in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, to wit:
Lot No. 6 and Lot No. 5 except the East
182 feet of Lot No. 5 in Rockefellerts
First Addition to the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
from "B" Residential and "B" Height and Area to
"C" Commercial and "C" Height and Area.
Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the
Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.

Addition from B Residence and B Height and Area to
C Commercial and C Height and area districts was legally
advertised under date of June 21, 1954 and given public
hearing under date of July 1, 1954.
It is recommended that said lots as above
be rezoned as petitioned for.
