AN ORDINANCE Ai11ENDING AND SUPPLUMTING
ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That zoning ordinance No. 3702 be and the same is hereby amended
and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of Lot Numbered 4
as shoom on the recorded Plat of Charles Weidlers lst Addition to the City
of South Bend, Indiana from °A" Residence District and $'Al: Height and Area
District to "B« Residence District and "B" Height and Area District.
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
enactment, and approval by the Mayor and legal publication.

Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the petition be referred
to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion.

PETITION
TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA;
The undersigned, owners of Lot Numbered 4 as shown on the recorded
Plat of Charles Weidlers 1st Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana
(2311 Miami Street) hereby petition your honorable body to amend and supple-
ment the present zoning ordinance by the adoption of an ordinance changing
the zoning classification of the aforesaid described property from "A"
Residence District, "A" Height and Area District to 'B" Residence District
and "B" Height and Area District.
There accompanies this petition a proposed ordinance amending and
supplementing ordinance Number 3702 in accordance with the above request,
