AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA CERTAIN
LANDS

BE'IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
INDIANA:
Section It
That the following described property in St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought
within the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of 10t 303
Twyckenham Hills Section tIG11, present city
limits; thence South .along North and South
center line, Section 19, Township ,37 North,
Range 3 East a distance of 1200.60 -feet to a
point 291.60 feet North of the South Line of
said Section 1,9; thence East parallel with
and . 291.60 feet North of the South line of
said =Section 19 a distance of 2638.00 feet,
more or less, to the East line of said Section
19; thence North along East line of Section 19
-a .distance of 546.00 feet ;,_thence: West 363.85
feet; thence North` 50.00 feet; thence West
1100.01 feet; thence North 607.35 feet to the
South line of Twyckenham Hills Section "G ",
,present city limits; thence West along the
present city ;limits a- distance of 1173.30
to the place of beginning."
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment;, approval by the Mayor and legal pub-
lication.
