AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.

Bait ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common
Couneil of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th
day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows,
to -wit:
That zoning of the following described real
estate situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots No. 20 and 21 in Elias Rupel's Addition
to the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be changed from "D" Light Industrial and "E" Height and
Area District to "D" Light Industrial and "F" Height and
Area District.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.

The request is for a changd in Height and y
Councilman Glass made a motion that the petition be
referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Hahn
seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Lots #20 and 21 are presently occupied by a
greenhouse which was built to the rear alley
line and exists under a non - conforming use
permit.
The petition would serve to rectify this
condition.
