ORDINANCE NO. 3 yd&
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3702
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th
day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows,
to -wit:
That zoning of the following described real
estate situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, and the vacated alley between
Lots 1, 2 and 3, and 17, all in Elias Rupel's
Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be changed from "C" Commercial to "D" Light Industrial
and "F" Height and Area.
Also a change in zoning of Lot No. 17 in
Elias Rupel's Addition to the City of South
Bend, Indiana,
from "D" Light Industrial and "E" Height and Area to
"D" Light Industrial and "F" Height and Area.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and
. effect from and after its passage and legal publication.

Gentlemen:
Petition of greamo Bakers, Inc. to change zoning
of Lots 1, 2, and 3 and vacated alley in rear, from
C Commercial to D Light Industrial, F height and area
districts, and Lot 17, all in Elias Rupel's Addition,
to F height and area was given legal notice under date
of April 26, 1954, and public hearing before your City
Planning Commission under date of May 6, 1954. These
lots are located southwest corner Brookfield Street and
Lincoln Way West.
This petition is recommended favorably.
