Cif. of South Bend
South Bend, Indiana
Gentlemen:
Petition of Farris Ackil and John Borkow-
ski to rezone Lots 2, 3, and 4 in Lincoln Manor
Second Addition from B Residenct and B Height and
Area District to C Commercial and D Height and Area
District was legally advertised under date of April
26, 1954, and given public hearing under date of May
6, 1954• Subject property is located on the southwest
corner of Ardmore Trail and Goodland Avenue.
It is recommended that Lots 1, 2, and 3 of
the above Addition be rezoned. This excludes Lot No.
4 as petitioned for, for the reason that there exists
a structure on said lot now in residential use and
requested rezoning would make said structure non -con-
forming.
