AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702 COMMONLY KNORN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. Ordinance Numbex 3702, being a zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to —wit: Lots numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) as shown recorded in Lincoln Manor Second Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. be, and the same are hereby, c )Langed from "B" Residence and "B" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial and "D" Height and Area District. SECTION 2. It is recommended that Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the above Addition be rezoned. This excludes Lot No. 4 as petitioned for, for the reason that there exists a structure on said lot now in residential use and requested rezoning would make said structure non -con- forming.
