AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indian.:
SECTION I. Ordinance No... 3702, being the zoning ordinance of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning
classification of the following described real estate in the City of South
Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit:
Lots Numbered Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6),
Seven (7) and Eight (8) as shown on the recorded Plat
of Tuxedo Park First Addition to the City of South
Bend, which said plat is set forth in Plat Book 12,
page 18 of the records in the office of the Recorder
of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and B
Height and Area District to "A" Residence—District and "A" Height and
Area District.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor, and Legal
Publication.
