RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the City of South Bend for the use and benefit of its Department of
Redevelopment does forever hereby release and discharge from the following described real
property situated in St. Joseph County,Indiana:
Lot Numbered 82 as shown on the recorded Plat of Colonial Gardens, an addition to the City
of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded July 19, 1922 in
Plat Book 10, page 200 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 818 South 30th Street, South Bend, Indiana,46615
the mortgage dated September 3, 2003, Charlotte Hunt (Mortgagor) to the City of South Bend
for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment (Mortgagee) recorded September 3,
2003, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, as Document Number
0355742.
This document shall constitute a full release of the above-described mortgage on the above-
described real estate and no rights whatsoever are intended to remain in the Mortgagee.
The undersigned persons executing this Release of Mortgage on behalf of the Mortgagee
represent and certify that each is the authorized representative of said Mortgagee and has been
fully empowered by a proper meeting and vote of the Mortgagee to execute and deliver this
document and in doing so is not violating any other agreement for which either is a party; that
the Mortgagee has full legal capacity to release the above-described mortgage and that all action
necessary to authorize the release of the above-described mortgage on Mortgagee's behalf has
been duly taken.
