AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, AND THE SEAGRAVE CORP.,
IN THE SUM OF $18,450.00, FOR ONE SEAGRAVE PUMPER,
WITH RADIO, $450.00, TOTAL $18,900.00
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I. That the contract, copy of which is on file in the
office of the Board of Public Works and Safety, City of South Bend,
Indiana, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed, ratified
and approved.
