AN ORDINANCE A14ENDING SECTION 22
OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
1949, CHANGING THE TIME OF REGULAR.
MEET -NGS OF THE COWON COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: Section 22 of Chapter 2 of The Municipal Code of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, 1949, shall be amended fixing the hour of the regular
meetings of the Common Council at 7:00 otclock P.M. Central Standard Time on
the second and fourth Mondays of each month,
SECTIONT II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor,
