ONE CONCRETE AND BRICK WELL,HW AT ERSKINE PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Co>mon Council of the City of South Bend,

SECTION I. That the contract, copy of which is on file in the office
of the South Bend Water Works Department, with City of South Bend through
its Water Works Board, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed,
ratified and approved.
