from S -261 Street and Traffic Fund (Replace Railing Lincolnway East) .$8,000,00 to
S-12 services Personal,$4,000.00 and to S -43 Materials (Street and Alley) $4,000.00
and from T -726 Traffic Department (Other Equipment) $1,000.00 to 7_43 Materials
General $1,000.00 and from General Fund B_11 Services Personal (Salary of Second
Traffic Clerk) $174900 to B-11 Services Personal (Salary of First Traffic Clerk)
$174.001 all of the budget for the year 1954 of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana and declaring an emergency. 1 11
SFZTXA Us- The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning;:.
of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 1954 and an emergency
is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriations.
SB=TCW'M: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the won Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all
statutory requirements - relating to emergency appropriations.
