AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN TIE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH
THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COMMISSIONERS, AND
THE LAYNE NORnfcM COMPANY, INC. IN THE SUM
OF $]9,660.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE
GRAVEL PACKED WELL AT ERSKINE PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the contract, copy of which is on file in the office
of the South Bend Water Works Department, with Cityof South Bend through
its Water Works Board, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed,
ratified and approved.
