AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF WATER
WORKS COMMISSIONERS, AND THE ESTHER AANOFACTURING
COMPANY IN THE SUM OF #10,520072 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWER, GRADE, CURB, SIDEWALK AND PAVEMENT AND PURCHASE
OF LOT NOS. 338* 339, 340* 341 AND 342 IN EDISON NARKS
AND ALSO FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET, CURB AND SIDEWALK
ON ROCKNE DRIVE BETWEEN FLAG AVENUE AND BENEDICT AVENUE,
AND BENEDICT AVENUE PEON ROCKNE DRIVE TO CROSBY DRIVE*
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana*
Section 1* That the contract#oo6py of which is on file in the office of the

Works Board, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed* ratified and
approved*
