T (/ O AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance No. 3702 be amended as follows: SECTION I. That the following described land be zoned from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height and Area District: Lots 3 and 4 of Baker's Subdivision of B.O. L. 87. SECTION 11. Indiana Gentlemen: 3 October 1957 The attached ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to zone Lots 3 and 4 of Baker's Subdivision of B.O.L..87 from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial Use and "C" Height and Area District was legally advertised on 16 September 1957 and given public hearing under date of 26 September 1957. The following action was taken: After due consideration it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Common Council.
