BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COPU,ION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1.
That the following described territory and land in St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby annexed to and declared
to be a part of the said City of South Bend, Indiana:
Beginning at a point at the NE corner of the NW.-1 of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E,
thence east a distance of 480 ft., more or less, to the NW corner of
McKinley Terrace Addition Sec. "B ", thence south a distance of 1,297 ft.,
more or less, thence east a distance of 144.6 ft., more or less, thence
south a distance of 1,303.9 ft., more oe less, to a point on the East -
West centerline of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E, thence west a distance of 466.2
ft., more or less, thence south along the west boundary of McKinley
Terrace Addition a distance of 2,445 ft., more or less, to a, point 200
ft., more or less north of the south line of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E, thence
west a distance of 2239.5 ft., more or less, to a point on the east
line of Lot 12, part of Coquillard Woods Sec. "A ", thence northeasterly
along the boundary line of Coquillard Woods Sec. "A ", a distance of
201, ft., more or less, to the easternmost point of Lot 10, part of
Coquillard Woods Sec. "A ", thence northwesterly a distance of 225 ft.,
more or less, to the northernmost point of Lot 10, part of Coquillard
Woods Sec. "A', thence northwesterly a distance of 473 ft., more or less,
