BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend tPa t Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 be amended l.'� ............. so that the following described land be zoned "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height and Area District: Part of Lots Numbered Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) as shown on the recorded Plat of Post Place, a Subdivision located in the.Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, described as beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Michigan Avenue, (now Lincolnway West) 162 feet directly West of the East line-of said Lot Numbered ).F, which point is also 140 feet directly West of the West line of Knoblock Street; thence North - westerly.along the Northerly line of Lincolnway West 158.7 feet to the East line of Maplewood Avenue; thence North alon the East line of Maplewood Avenue 248.9 feet• thence East 142 feet;.thence South 307.4 feet to the North line of Lincolnway West and to the place of begin- ning, also known as Lots Numbered Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) in Knoblock's Proposed Sub- division, SECTION II.
