2. Cutting of grass Citywide particularly in 2n0 & 6`h districts — Phil St.
Clair /Director of Parks and Shubhada Kambli /Director of Code Enforcement

In Re the Matter of Complaints Filed Against 2 "d District Council Member Henry Davis, Jr.
Alleging Official Misconduct:
• Discussion of the' Procedural Review and Report to the South Bend Common
Council', including pages (43 -47) of said Report
• Determination of whether there is sufficient information in the preliminary investigation to
determine whether there is "complete, sufficient, and substantial evidence" of South Bend
Municipal Code or statutory Code violation(s)
• Discussion of findings supported by information from the preliminary investigation to date
• Discussion of advisory recommendations to the South Bend Common Council addressing
"appropriate sanctions" , if any.
Pursuant to Indiana Code (5- 14- 1.5 -3), the Council Rules Committee will be an open meeting for
permitting members of the public to observe and record, however, no public comments will be
permitted.
