ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5
OF ORDINANCE 3913 (AS AMENDED)
PROVIDING ADDITIONAL PaMIS AND
DUTIES OF THE ELECTRICAL
EXAMINING BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION Is Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3913 (As Amended) is hereby
emended by adding the following:
"The Electrical Examining Board shall
establish the necessary rules and
standards for the operation of the
Department., including the 'standard of
inspectionp equipment and its instal-
lation and the rules for the operation
of the Department."
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
