AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana.:
SECTION I; There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City
of- ou h Bend, Indiana to the General Improvement Fund of said City the sum
of $82,444,20.
SECTION Its This transfer and appropriation is made under authority of
Chapter 40 of the 1953 Acts of The General Assembly of Indiana and an extra-
ordinary emergency is hereby declared in relation thereto requiring said trans -
fer and appropriation for the best interests of said City and for the efficient
operation of the public improvement program of said Cityq
SECTION III:. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
