AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
CERTAIN MONIES FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND OF TBE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND DECLARING AN _EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indians
SECTION s There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City
of SouthBand, Indiana to the General Improvement Fund of said City the sun
