AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FIXED
141LEAGE RATE FOR R`SMBUBSEMENT FOR
CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE
USE OF PRIVATE CONVEYANCES FOR CITY
BUSINESS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I; There is hereby established a fixed mileage rate for city
officials', and employees for the use of private conveyances for city business
for all reimbursable travel actually done and for which reimbursement is to
be made upon proper claim filed and allowed from Budget Item 216 in the amount
of Eight Cents ($ .08) per mile.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
