AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $2,000.00
FROM Q251 REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS AND
STRUCTURES TO Q262 MEDICAL, SURGICAL
AND DENTAL OF THE BUDGET OF 1954.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana
that:
SECTION S: There is hereby transferred from Q251 Repairs of Buildings and
Structures the.sum of $22000000 to Q262 Medical, Surgical and Dental, all
of the budget for the year 1954•
SECTION 1I: Whereas an emergency exists, this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
