AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S -11 SERVICES PERSONAL
STREET DEPARTMENT BY CHANGING SALARY CLASSI-
FICATIONS TO HOURLY RATES IN THE BUDGET FOR
1954.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. Salary classifications contained in S -11 Services Person
al Street, Department of the Budget Ordinance for 1954 are amended and changed
as follows: Salary of Assistant Foreman - six (6) at $3957.60 shall be changed
to "six (6) at $1.70 per hour, 2340 hours each "; salary of Emergency Truck
Drivers -:two (2) at $3760.00 shall be changed to "two (2) at $1.60 per hour,
2340 hours each "; salary of Relief and Utility Driver shall be changed to
"one (1) at $1.60 per hour, 2340 hours."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana and approval by the Mayor.
