AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702,
AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance
No. 3702 be amended as follows:
SECTION I: That the following described land be zoned "C" Commercial
Use District and "A" Height and Area District:
Beginning at a point on the east right -of -way line of Main
Street 200 feet north of Albert Street, thence east 328 feet,
more or less, to the west right -of -way line of Michigan
Street, thence north 100 feet, thence west to the east right -
of -way line of Main Street, thence south to the place of
beginning.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
