AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BENDY INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 3702, being the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be amended so that the zoning
classification of the following real estate in the City of South
Bend Indiana, to -wit:
Lots 8 through 11 inclusive of Logan Heights
Addition (unrecorded).
be zoned from "C" Commercial to "All Residential Use District
and UAn Height and Area District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by
the Mayor and legal publication.

February 1957, and given public hearing under date of
7 March 1957. The ordinance seeks to change the zoning
classification from "C" Commercial to "A11 Residential
Use District and "Atl Height and Area District, of the
following real estate:
Lots 8 through 11 Inclusive of Logan
Heights Addition (unrecorded).
The adoption of the ordinance was favorably recommended
by your Planning Commission.
