AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4128
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I.
That the words "Portage Township" in the last line of
Section I of Ordinance No. 4128, being an ordinance annexing lands to
the City of South Bend, Indiana be deleted.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
