ORDINANCE No. 4118
AN ORDINAtNCE TO AMAND ORDINANCE N0.
3702, AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE
IS COmONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend., Indiana:
SECTION I That Ordinance 0702, adopted by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby amended as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 123 and 124 in LaSalle Park First Addition
be-changed from 'B" Residential and 'B" Height and Area District, to
"C" Commercial and "C" Height and Area District.
SECTION II This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the hayor of the
City of South Bend., Indiana, and legal publication.

Gentlemen:
The attached petition of Matthew and Ted Sieracki to
zone Lots 12k and ]2c% in LaSalle Park First Addition
to "C" Commercial and "C" Height and Area District,
said property being on Dundee Street immediately north
of the east -west alley north of Western Avenue, was
legally advertised under date of August 27, 1956.
Said petition was given public hearing by the Commission
on September 6, 1956, and the following action was
taken:
After due consideration, it was found that
substantial justice would be accomplished by
the favorable recommendation of the petition.
It was therefore so moved, seconded, and
unanimously carried that the petition be
recommended favorably to the Council.
