BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance No. 3702, be amended as follows: SECTION I. That the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, shall be zoned as "A" Use District and "Al' Height and Area District: Lots numbered 1 through 11, inclusive, of Whitcomb and Kellerrs South Main Street Subdivision, being a part of John E. Walt's Revised Addition, and Lots numbered 13 through 22, inclusive, of L. J. Tasher's Second Addition; SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, and legal publication. HUFF The Honorable Common Council DIRECTOR OF PLANNING City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of James Meersman, 3202 South Main Street, to change the zoning district of Lots numbered 1 through 11, of Whitcomb and Keller's South Main Street Subdivision, being a part of John A. Walt's Revised Addition, and Lots numbered 13 through 22, inclusive, of L. J. Tasher's Second Addition to "B" Residential Use District and "A" Height and Area District, was legally advertised under date of March 26, 1956, and public hear- ing held under date of April 5, 1956. After due consideration the Commission found that subject properties, without exception, were used residentially and zoned industrially.
