AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance
No. 3702 be amended as follows:
SECTION I: That the following described land be zoned "B" Residential
Use District and "A" Height and Area District.
Beginning at a point on the dehterline of McKinley
Avenue 950 feet east, more or less, of the SW
corner of Set. 5 T37N, R3E, thence nor+h 300
feet, more or less, thence east 400 feet, more or
less, thence south 300 feet, more or less to the
centerline of McKinley Avenue, thence along the
centerline of McKinley Avenue to the place of be-
ginning containing approximately 2.7 acres, more
or less.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the
Mayor of the City of South Bend, and legal publication.

Gentlemen:
February 7, 1958
The attached ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission
to zone land occupied by the Morris Park Country Club building
and the land immediately surrounding same to "B" Residential Use
District and "A" Height and Area District was legally advertised
on 27 January 1958 and given public hearing under date of 6
February 1958. The following action was taken:
The Commission found that substantial justice would be
done by the favorable recommendation of the ordinance.
It was therefore duly moved, seconded and unanimously
carried that the attached ordinance be recommended
favorably to the Common Council.
