AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM PARKING
METER FEES AND FUNDS THE SUM OF $202000.00
FOR SERVICES PERSONAL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The sum of $20,000.00 for Services Personal is hereby
appropriated from Parking Meter Fees and Funds to the Board of Public
Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for the
payment of the cost of traffic signal devices and for the payment
of repair and improvement of any of the public streets and highways
where said mechanical parking devices are in use and all streets
connected therewith.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of
South Bend, Indiana and approval by the Mayor.
