AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22
OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL COj)E
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH $END, INDIANA,
1949, CHANGING THE T= OF REGMAR
MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL.
HE TP ORDAIM by the Common Council of the Civil City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: Section 22 of Chapter 2 of The Municipal Code of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, 1949, shall be amended fixing the
hour of the regular meetings of the Common Council at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. Central Standard Time during the period from 2 :00 o *clock A.M.
on the last Sunday in October to 2 :00 o'clock A.M. on the last
Sunday in March of each year and.at 7 :00 otelock P.M, during the
period from 2:00 o'clock AqM: on the last Sunday in "March of each
year to 2 :00 o *clock A,M, on the last Sunday in October of each
year.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
