AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND
APPROPRIATING FROM F -11 SALARY OF
COUNCILMEN $1,000.00 AND FROM B -11
CFFICE OF THE BOARD., SALARY OF SWAON
$300.00 TO C-11 OFFICE OF .CITY OLERH.
SERVICES PERSONAL] SALARY OF OFFICE,
CLERK $1s.300,00 2_ALL OF THE BtMGET FOR
THE CIVM CITY OF SOUTH BEND.. IMIANA
FOR 3.955 AND DECLARING AN E%TRAORDI_NAFY
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby transferred
and appropriated: from F -11 Salary of Councilmen $1 ..000.00 and,from
H -11 Office of the Board* Salary of Surgeon $300.00 to 0-11 Office of
City Clerk# Services Personals Salary of Office Clerk $1#300900; all
of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend$, Indiana for 1955 and
declaring an extraordinary emergency,
SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation
and functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for
the year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist con-
cerning said transfers and appropriations.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full fordo and effect from
aixi after its passage by the Common Council,, its approval by the
Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to
extraordinary emergency appropriations.
