AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM
STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND $65,000.00
TO STREET DEPARTMENT 5 -269 OTHER
CONTRACTUAL SERVICES $60,000.00
AND TO S -13 EXTRA AND OVERT7I,E
$5000.00; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
FOR 1955 AND DECLARING AN EXTRA-
ORDINARY EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: The sun of $65,000.00 is hereby appropriated from
Street and Traffic Fund to Street Department S -269 Other Con-
tractual Services $60,000.00 and to S -13 Extra and Overtime $5000.00;
all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for
1955 and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation
and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget
for the year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist
concerning said transfers and appropriations.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the
Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to
extraordinary emergency appropriations.
