A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:35 a.m. on Tuesday,
May 20, 2014, by Board President Gary Gilot with Board Members Patrick Henthorn and Brian
Pawlowski present. Board Members Kathryn Roos and David Relos were absent.
APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT — RAHMBERG STOVER AND
ASSOCIATES VARIOUS DEPARTMENT'S PROFESSIONAL SERVICES)
Mr. John Murphy, Administration and Finance, presented the Board with a Professional Services
Agreement with Rahmberg Stover and Associates to perform a City-wide salary and
compensation study of various positions in various departments. In a memo to the Board, Mr.
Murphy stated the cost is estimated at $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 plus out-of-pocket expenses of
5% or $2,750.00, with a maximum total fee of $57,750.00. He noted the funding will be split
based on the percentages of each department being studied. Upon a motion by Mr. Gilot,
seconded by Mr. Pawlowski and carried, the agreement was approved as outlined above.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Mr. Pawlowski stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is
fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the
claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Mr.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot,
seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the meeting adjourned at 8:38 a.m.
