SURGICAL AND DENTAL $600. 00, TO ACCOUNT P -23 - INSTRUCTION $400. 06, AND TO ACCOUNT P -333 - TIRES AND TUBES $400. 00; AND FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT Q -11 - SERVICES PERSONAL $1, 100. 00 TO ACCOUNT Q--712 - OTHER STRUCTURES, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1958 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby transferred from Building Department Account M -261 - Demolition of Condemned Buildings $150. 00 to Account MB -334 - Other Garage and Motor Supplies; and from Police Department Account P -11 - Services Personal $1,400.00 to Account P -262 -- Medical, Surgical and Dental $600. 00, to Account P -23 - Instruction $400. 00, to Account P -333 - Tires and Tubes $400, 00; and from Fire Department Account -11 - Services Personal $1, 100. 00 to Account Q -712 - .Other Structures, all of the budget for the year 1958 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and function of the aforementioned departments under the budget for 1958, and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfer.
